There's a Chance to Help Fix Wisconsin Schools on February 18th
You can help advance a decent candidate for State Superintendent of Public Instruction to the General Election ballot. Please do it.
The leftist Democrats have held the top seat of the State Department of Public Instruction for a long time, with disastrous results. Our tyrannical current Governor once held the position now filled by Jill Underly, who has done such a poor job that even taxin’ Tony Evers hasn’t endorsed her in the Primary Election, which is coming up Statewide on February 18th. Interestingly, the Wisconsin Education Association Council (WEAC) teacher’s union doesn’t support her either.
Underly is best known for her strong advocacy of the LGBTQ agenda indoctrination of our kids, and quietly lowering test standards to hide the slipping test performance of students Statewide. She also remained silent on the Milwaukee Public Schools’ financial crisis to the detriment of taxpayers.
Rather than support the incumbent Superintendent, the Teachers’ Union threw its support behind candidate Jeff Wright, current Superintendent of Sauk County Schools. This made the election a race between the current leftist, who is proven to be more interested in indoctrinating children and advancing the LGBTQ agenda than educating them in reading and math, and an individual likely to put more emphasis on the needs of the Union than on the education and needs of children.
Fortunately, a third candidate joined the race at nearly the last minute, just a few weeks before the deadline to file enough nomination signatures to get on to the ballot.
That candidate is Brittany Kinser. Brittany is a former Special Education Teacher, Public School Principal, and a student literacy advocate. A common-sense independent, who just couldn’t sit by and accept the choice between a proven leftist incumbent, and a candidate who would be beholden to the union for his success.
Submitting well over 4000 nomination signatures, far more than required, collected in only a very short period of time and submitted right on the deadline date, Brittany has secured a spot on the February 18th Primary Election ballot. She has garnered a significant amount of bipartisan support from Conservatives and moderate Liberals alike. The key will be getting turnout at the little-known February Spring Primary election, where in many municipalities, this race will be the only one on the ballot.
Supported by many of the County Republican Parties, Patriot groups, and staunch student advocacy parent groups like Moms for Liberty, Brittany has an excellent chance to displace unpopular leftist Jill Underly in the April General Election. That is, if enough of us conservatives get out to vote in the little-known Primary.
Brittany swiftly got a web site put together, and a short campaign video published, which can be seen below.
“I am excited to share more details about my campaign so voters can appreciate the clear contrast between me and the other candidates. Our grassroots effort to demand the best education possible for Wisconsin children is growing daily.” — Brittany Kinser
Madison’s WISC-TV Chanel 3000 recently aired an interview with Brittany that can be found on YouTube.
On the heels of the successful Presidential Election, we common sense Wisconsin voters have an opportunity to replace the leftist incumbent Superintendent with a candidate who is more in line with our collective conservative principles, and appears to actually want to put the interests of the children first and foremost.
Take a close look at Brittany Kinser. I think she is the only reasonable choice for the seat.
Thanks for reading, and as always, please share this post as widely as possible, comments are welcome.
